7.3. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
7.4. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel. A cleaning fee will be assessed for rooms in which smoking has occurred.
7.5. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the specific hotel policy for pet-friendly rooms.
8.1. Gryvanto is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of guest belongings during their stay.
8.2. Gryvanto's liability for any claims arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for those services.

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gryvanto operates.
9.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
