2. Standard Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation policy applies to most reservations unless otherwise specified:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in: Full refund, no cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in: One night's room charge as a cancellation fee.
- No-shows: Full reservation amount will be charged.
All times are calculated based on the hotel's local time zone (GMT+0).
3. Special Rate Plans
3.1. Non-Refundable Rates
Some of our rates are offered at a discount in exchange for no cancellation flexibility:
- Reservations booked under non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
- The full amount will be charged at the time of booking.
- These rates are clearly marked as "Non-Refundable" during the booking process.
3.2. Advance Purchase Rates
Advance purchase rates typically offer discounts for booking well in advance:
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellations, changes, or refunds are not permitted.
- The entire stay will be charged in case of early departure.
3.3. Flexible Rates
Flexible rates offer maximum booking flexibility:
- Free cancellation up until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- No prepayment required.
- Changes to reservation dates are permitted subject to availability.
4. Group Bookings
For reservations of 5 rooms or more, our group booking cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in: Full refund, no cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before check-in: 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Custom cancellation terms may be established for specific group contracts.
5. Seasonal and Special Event Periods
During high-demand periods, including major holidays, local events, and peak seasonal periods, special cancellation policies may apply:
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in: Full refund, no cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 7-13 days before check-in: 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
These special periods will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
6. Early Departure
In case of early departure (checking out before the scheduled departure date):
- For standard and flexible rates: One night's room charge as an early departure fee.
- For non-refundable and advance purchase rates: No refund for unused nights.
- Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency, at the discretion of hotel management.
7. Modification of Reservations
Changes to existing reservations are subject to the following conditions:
- Modifications are subject to room availability.
- Changes to arrival or departure dates may result in rate changes.
- Shortening a stay may be subject to the cancellation policy for the removed nights.
- Extending a stay is subject to availability and current rates.
- Non-refundable and advance purchase reservations cannot be modified.
8. Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, government restrictions, pandemics, or other extraordinary circumstances):
- We may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.
- Documentation or evidence of the circumstance may be required.
- Alternative solutions, such as rebooking for future dates, may be offered.
Each case will be evaluated individually based on the specific circumstances.
